Future Fluent HR ("we," "us," or "our") is owned and operated by the Founder and is based in Florida, United States. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through futurefluenthr.ai and any related communications.

By using this site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit your information.

CAN-SPAMCASL

How we handle commercial email.


We send commercial email communications in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act and, where applicable, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

  • We will never send you email without your prior explicit consent via our opt-in form.
  • Every email will clearly identify Future Fluent HR as the sender.
  • Every email will include a clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism.
  • Unsubscribe requests will be honored within 10 business days.
  • We will not use deceptive subject lines or misleading sender information.
  • Our business address will be included in commercial email communications as required by law.

How long we keep your information.


We retain your name and email address for as long as you remain subscribed to Future Fluent HR communications or as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, your information will be removed from our active list promptly. Residual data may remain in backup systems for a limited period before being fully purged.

Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be used to identify you.

Where we are required by law to retain certain information, we will do so for the legally required period and no longer.

This site is not intended for children.


futurefluenthr.ai is intended for adult HR professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us at info@futurefluenthr.ai and we will delete it promptly.

When and how we update this policy.


We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, service providers, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the bottom of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify subscribers by email.
